Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered Email after placing the order.

Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches.

Our garments are handcrafted using traditional hand block printing techniques and special dyes. As a result, slight colour bleeding may occur during the initial washes. This is temporary and a natural part of the handcrafted process.

To help your TOJ pieces stay beautiful for years, we recommend the following care instructions:

1. Avoid pairing darker garments with lighter ones to prevent colour transfer.
2. For high-sweat activities or environments, we recommend choosing alternate attire.
3. Dry cleaning is preferred. Gentle hand washing with a mild detergent is also suitable.
4. Wash separately during the first few washes.
5. Do not machine wash.
6. Dry inside out in a shaded area.

Our product images are photographed under various lighting conditions to best represent the actual colours. However, differences in screen settings, lighting, and camera limitations may cause slight variations in how colours appear.

Additionally, our garments are handcrafted in small batches using traditional techniques. Since each piece is made by artisans and not mass-produced by machines, minor variations in colour between batches are natural and a true mark of handcrafted craftsmanship.

These subtle differences make every TOJ piece unique.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged products, or if an incorrect product is delivered.
• No returns are accepted for sizing issues, colour preferences, or style preferences as these are handcrafted products. 
• Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued only as TOJ E-Credits.
• E-Credits will be issued after the product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.
• Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for return or refund.

International Orders:

• If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
• We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
• A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances

The store credit will have been emailed to you in the form of a Coupon code, on the same email id with which you shopped on our website. 

Please check for an email with the subject "Refund".

While applying the coupon, please ensure you have logged into your profile using the same Email id used to place your last order.

You can copy the coupon code and paste it in the "Coupons" section at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your cart.
