Shipping policy

Shipping Timeline

All clothing orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 14 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be shared via email on your registered email ID.

Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible Return/Exchange requests within India.
Reverse pickup is not available for international orders.

Please note that reverse pickup may not be serviceable for certain pin codes. In such cases, customers will be requested to ship the product back to us at their own cost and risk.

Where are my tracking details?

Tracking details are emailed to you once your order is shipped  from our warehouse.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your  spam or junk folder, as it may occasionally be filtered there.

What are your shipping charges?

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Free shipping on clothing orders above  ₹3,999

  • A flat shipping fee of  ₹150  applies to orders below  ₹3,999

  • For all COD orders, we charge an advance amount of 500rs. This is deducted from the total bill and balance Is paid at the time of delivery. This charge is non refundable in case any returns are made at the time of delivery.

For International Orders:

  1. We ship across the globe via DHL/ Fedex.

  2. Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

  3. We charge  International Shipping based on your location and order. 

  4. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and the customers are informed of the same, before making the payment. The shipping charges do not include customs charges  which vary according to the country the order is being placed from and cannot be pre-determined or communicated by the brand.

  5. The brand will only be responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of the country where the products are being shipped from. The consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the country they are having the products shipped to.

  6. No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.

  7. No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.

  8. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
