Return & Exchange Policy :

At Tribes of Jaipur, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional block printing techniques. While we strive to deliver the highest quality, we understand that sometimes you may need assistance with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • We currently offer store credit (TOJ E-Credits) for eligible returns. Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable.

  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.

  • Online orders can be exchanged at our retail stores.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags must be intact, including the barcode sticker

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • In case a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned to us (RTO) due to reasons such as refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect address, or non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery, the partial COD amount will not be refunded. This is because shipping, return logistics, and handling costs are already incurred once the order is dispatched.
    We request customers to kindly ensure availability at the delivery address and provide accurate details while placing COD orders to avoid such situations.

Our team will get in touch within the next 12-24 hours. 

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any damage, defect, or missing item

  • Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted

  • Kindly share clear images and details for verification

  • Based on the assessment, we will offer a replacement or TOJ E-Credits


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in print and color are natural due to the handcrafted block printing process and are not considered defects

  • Please retain the original packaging and invoice until your request is resolved

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Tribes of Jaipur reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases


Store Credit Policy

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned product successfully clears our quality check after pickup.

  • The store credit coupon will be shared with you via email.

  • Store credit is valid for a lifetime.

  • The credited amount will be equal to the value of the returned product(s).

  • Applicable only on the product value (shipping charges excluded)

  • Store credit can be redeemed both online and at our retail stores.

  • 1 Store Credit = ₹1

TOJ E-Credits – Tribes of Jaipur

At Tribes of Jaipur, we offer TOJ E-Credits as a convenient and flexible way to shop with us again.

How it Works:

  • TOJ E-Credits are issued within 24 hours after the returned order is picked up

  • The credits will be shared via your registered email

  • If you exchange a product for an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as TOJ E-Credits


Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged for serviceable pincodes within India

  • If your location is not serviceable, you may self-ship the product to us

  • Upon successful receipt, an additional ₹150 will be credited as TOJ E-Credits

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, no refunds or store credits will be issued.

At Tribes of Jaipur, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product. As a brand rooted in handcrafted processes, we follow a structured refund system to maintain fairness and efficiency.

Refund Eligibility

  • Monetary refunds (to original payment method) are only applicable in cases of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective product

  • In all other cases, refunds will be issued as TOJ E-Credits.


Refund Details

  • Refunds/Store Credit will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved by our team

  • No return fee will be charged for damaged or defective products

  • Refunds are issued only on the product value (shipping charges are non-refundable)
